After careers in business ownership and management across leisure, architecture, landscaping, events and clothing brands we could see the same issues being repeated over and over.
People were great at their jobs, not so great at running their business in the back end. We happen to love that side of business, the gears, the efficiency, the product creation.
So we launched LBG Labs, Lydia acting as Fractional C.O.O. and Jo heading up the Virtual Assistant department. Pushing our expertise and natural talent for improving the systems of businesses and clearing the runway for growth.
